Develop reports that Sony will begin to hold these events at its London offices this year.

Sony Computer Entertainment Europe senior account manager Agostino Simonetta said the events would be open to the entire development community. The events will be used to offer the latest updates on Sony's PS4, PS3 and Vita platforms and will be used to discuss topics such as how the PSN is performing and how the install base is looking.

Although the main target of these events are European developers, indie developers from all around the world are also invite. Sony Computer Entertainment is looking at starting the scheme in September but details and dates have yet to be finalized for these events.

Mr.Simonetta states...

"You know we do these things very regularly with all our partners, but with the indie community, it is so vast and they are spread out, that it is hard for me to go and work with developer days in the Middle East. So while we do these things, we want to make sure it is that on a regular basis. With the great success we are having actually of indie developers registering, we are seeing incredible numbers of new companies coming to the platform. There is a real sense that PS4 and Vita as well, PS3 still has a long life- that this is a great opportunity for them to come back to console."

"We are really accelerating and changing the way we approach this, So before was more of a narrow cast, now there is a real opportunity for us to go what I call broadcast- a lot more visibility to be able to answer the questions."

As for the reason why Sony has decided now is the time to start this venture, Simonetta explained that the huge influx of interest from indie developers warranted recognition.

"I can tell you I have been there for four years, and one of my colleagues as been in third-party relations for ten years, and we've never seen anything like this. And this is not just PS4, it applies to Vita and PS3 as well."

I think this is great news for Indie devs.

Nothing is better than seeing an artist given the tools to see their vision or creation come to life and let the world see and experience his/her work.

Now for the other part of this blog.

Why I'm Buying A PS4

Now before I go any further with this I want you guys to know something.

I was already planning on buying a PS4 way before the DRM policies and the negative PR nightmare that happened with Microsoft.

I have never owned a Sony console in the past, I've played on the consoles, I have played all of their consoles including PSP(not the Vita). However at the time of these consoles I was interested in other exclusives on other consoles. Halo on Xbox and Legend of Zelda on Wii.

These new exclusives interest me a lot and I would like to play these games very much on the new console, Killzone, Infamous and The Order 1886. These games interest me a lot and make me want to own a PS4 simply for these games.

The exclusives on the PS4 look great, the system looks great, the controller looks great.

I look forward to play those games on the PS4.

Thank you for reading.

Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Weapon Guide:M-TAR Assault Rifle

Hello everyone, time for my first weapon guide of Black Ops 2. Today we're looking at the starting assault rifle, the M-TAR. History The Micro-Tar is a micro version of the TAR-21 rifle. It's designed to take advantage of a shorter barrel which means decreased recoil but increased accuracy. Designed for special fores units, it is capable of converting to different ammo variants such as the NATO standard 5.56 cartridge and the 9mm submachine gun round. It is also designed to be capable of attaching a Suppressor, as of 2009 a grenade launcher was being designed to attach to the M-TAR, the M-TAR can attach the M203PI grenade launcher. If you're a FPS veteran then you saw this weapon first in Battlefield 3 as part of the Close Quarters DLC, for COD veterans we saw this weapon's bigger brother, the TAR-21 in Modern Warfare 2. I'm warning you now, the M-TAR is not the TAR-21 we saw in Modern Warfare 2. Multiplayer Stats, Attachments and Performance In gam

Retro Gazette Reviews:Batman Returns SNES Review

Hello everyone. Welcome to another one of my Retro Reviews. Today we're going to be looking at a personal favorite of mine from the Super Nintendo era. Batman Returns. Story Music If you can't tell all ready from the intro video above, the music to Batman Returns for the SNES sounds great and does a good job of recreating some of the songs we heard in the film. My personal favorite stage music is from Stage 7 when you enter Arctic World, The Liberation of Gotham track sounds amazing in 16 bit audio. It's strange to review the music in a video game but the audio stands out so much and does an amazing job, again of recreating the films' soundtrack. Presentation The graphics and detail of Batman Returns is very good and ironically is much more colorful than the Tim Burton film. Gotham City, although currently suffering from a clown riot looks fantastic and Konami yet again does a good job of recreating scenes from the film, you see all these backgro
