Borderlands 2 Review

Hello everyone. Merry Christmas! Today I thought it would be a proper day to review the game that just keeps on giving, Borderlands 2. The game that quite literally has a  bajillion different guns, various types of enemies and environments that never look the same. A class based FPS RPG that gives you endless hours of enjoyment and guns to loot, Borderlands 2 is far different from any FPS we have seen on the market. If you didn't find this under your Christmas tree it may be a good idea to ask for this one for a birthday or even go out and buy it next week. Trust me it is worth every penny. Let's begin. Story 5 years have passed since the events of the first Borderlands. The first 4 vault hunters have spread out and have started to rebel against Hyperion and it's new boss, Handsome Jack. Handsome Jack has taken over Pandora and is ruling it with an iron fist. Hyperion has suddenly gained this huge interest in Pandora because of a new element  known as &q

Gun Control. How can it be solved?

Hello everyone. This is a serious issue that I am going to be talking about today, gun control. How should it be addressed, what's the solution and what causes gun violence? After the events at Sandy Nook Elementary the topic of Gun Control has been talked about a lot in the political media, however each approach from both sides of the political coin doesn't seem to be thinking logically. The Conservative approach is more guns, today the NRA held a conference in which they stated that they ask for Congress to pass a law in which there will be an armed officer at every school in the nation. The Spokesman also said "The only way to stop a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy with a gun." I'm sorry but this does not solve the problem. First of all the gunman could be thinking that they are the good guy and the officer is the bad guy and think that what he's doing is good for everyone. The Spokesman continued to say "Why is it ok for Secret Service to

Series Review:Metroid Prime

Hello all, welcome to the beginning of a game series review. For the next few review we're going to be looking back at the early days of the Nintendo Gamecube and the launch of the Nintendo Wii. We're going to be looking at the series that has been with us Nintendo Fans since the beginning. Metroid Ever since the first Nintendo Entertainment System we first saw this intergalactic female bounty hunter fighting off 2D aliens, monsters and space pirates that we didn't see her for awhile. Then in 2002 we saw her again in a new light, Metroid Prime was the first in the series to be a First Person Shooter. This was a big change in the series. Did the change work? Yes it did. Let's take a look at Metroid Prime. Story 50 years prior to the arrival of Samus a strange meteor hit the planet of Tallon IV, a planet home to the Chozo race. the race that trained Samus to be the hunter she is today. The meteor contained a strange element and with it a powerful creatu

Skyrim:Dawnguard DLC Review

Hello everyone, back again for another review. This time we're going to look at a DLC expansion for the still popular RPG, Skyrim. DLC has been with modern gaming for so long, some DLC is worth the extra money you pay other DLC packs are obvious money rip offs. Dawnguard on the other hand is the total opposite, I love Skyrim and I still play it today, Dawnguard even in the trailers and info we had prior to release sounded good. You get to either join an ancient group of vampire hunters to hunt vampires with a crossbow, a set of new armor and even ancient vampire killing weapons. On the other hand you could choose to join the vampires and become a Vampire Lord to bring havok down upon Skyrim and even blot out the sun so you and your vampire companions will make Skyrim empty of blood. Let's see what's new and where you'll be going in the expansion Dawnguard. Story The ancient group of holy warriors known as the Dawnguard is reforming. A prophecy is close at

Halo 4-The Improvements and Changes it needs.

Hello all, Gazette here to talk about Halo 4's multiplayer. Before I go on, I will not deny the fact that Halo 4 is a great game. Honestly it is the best Halo game I have played thus far, Halo 1 of course is a classic but when you compare Halo:Reach to Halo 4 the clear victor is Halo 4. Bungie simply put, ruined Halo for many of us Halo fans. The graphics, story, campaign and firefight was all right but it was the added Bloom(recoil) and the changes made to Reach that ended up killing the game. I can not give you a single reason to dust off Reach and play it, not today, not tomorrow, never. In my opinion I think 343 saw Halo Reach and said to themselves "This is how it ends?! This is not acceptable, we need to make another Halo." 343's first game under their belt and it is amazing. However it's not perfect. The multiplayer really is the problem. The multiplayer's connection is terrible, I'm not sure whether or not the kills
