Teenager On League Of Legends Makes Violent Joke Gets Arrested

Oh it's one of those stories my friend. For more info on this story go to  Dailycaller.com "A Texas teenager who has been in jail since March faces an eight-year prison sentence because of a threatening joke he made while playing an online video game." " In February, Justin Carter was playing "League of Legends" an online, multiplayer fantasy game, when another player wrote a comment calling him insane. Carter's response, which he now deeply regrets, was intended as a joke." Justin replied  'Oh yeah, I'm real messed up in the head, I'm going to go shoot up a school full of kids and eat their still beating hearts,'  the next two lines were 'lol' and 'jk' said Jack Carter, Justin's father. A canadian woman saw the post, looked up Carter's Austin address, determined that it was near an elementary school and called the police. Carter was arrested one month later, and has been in jail ever since.

The Eighth Console Generation:Microsoft And Sony, My Thoughts

Hello everyone, thank you reading this. Today I'm going to talk about the next generation we're heading into now with the Xbox One and PS4. I'm going to be giving my opinion on the companies and their consoles with the info we have today. I'm going to start with Microsoft, simply to get it out of the way. Please read the end of this post. Microsoft Microsoft has been Microsoft's worst enemy in recent months leading to E3 and now leading to the launch of the console. Honestly, I think the negative PR gate opened when Microsoft revealed the console and advertised it like a giant TV box. I do see what they were trying to do, expand their audience with those that watch TV more than playing games, but in doing so they abandoned the gaming audience.  Gamers do not buy their latest gaming console for TV and movies, it's a nice feature but a feature that will rarely be used. Even now I hardly use any of the apps for TV and mo

Kingdom Hearts 2(2005) Review

Good morning everyone. Today I am pleased to finally bring you a review that I have been wanting to do for a very long time. A gem of the Playstation 2 exclusives. Kingdom Hearts 2. To me personally, this is my favorite of the Kingdom Hearts series. The handheld prequels are good as well but to me, no other entry in the Kingdom Hearts series is as good as Kingdom Hearts 2. Let's begin. Story The game takes place after the events of Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories. Sora,Donald and Goofy are suspended in animation in order to regain their memories they lost in the events of Chain of Memories. The group wake up and is tasked to visit worlds old and new to prevent a new force known as Organization XIII from taking control of the worlds and Kingdom Hearts. A new enemy is revealed, the Nobodies. A heartless shell left behind when a person with a strong heart is turned into a heartless. In this time, Maleficent is resurrected to use the

NSA Has Access Through Windows Software

Good evening everyone. There has been a ton of articles about this subject. You search this story online and this story is everywhere. It does sound a lot like Tinfoil Hat stuff but in light of recent events, the scary thing about this story is that it's believable. An article on wnd.com states "The National Security Agency has backdoor access to all Windows software since the release of Windows 95, according to informed sources, a development that follows the insistence by the agency and federal law enforcement for backdoor "keys" is essential for the export of any encryption under U.S. export control laws." "The NSA plays a prominent role in deliberations over whether such products can be exported. It routinely turns down any requests above a megabyte level that exceeds NSA's technical capacity to decrypt it. That's been the standard for years for NSA, as well as the departments of Defense, Commerce and State." "Computer

Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Weapon Guides: XPR.50 Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle Guide

Good afternoon everyone, welcome back to another weapon guide. Today we're going to be looking at the last available sniper rifle in Black Ops 2, the XPR.50. Weapon Profile The XPR 50 is a non-existing weapon. No such weapon with the name nor design exists, so the suspicion is that this weapon was introduced in 2025 and it is a prototype weapon due to the name 'XPR' Which could stand for Experimental Prototype Rifle. Weapon performance The XPR 50 is a high damage semi-automatic sniper rifle and is unlocked at Level 52 during your Prestige. The damage profile of the XPR is similar to the Ballista, the XPR and the Ballista deals 95 units of damage at any range. The damage multiplier on both rifles although similar when hitting most areas of your opponents' body. The XPR without the Silencer equipped  gains a 2.0 damage multiplier when you hit the head, neck and chest rising to a total of 190 units of damage, when you hit the upper arms and stoma

PS4 Exclusives, Xbox One Cost Is Too High and Titanfall Is Not Single Player For A Reason

Evening folks. Today I've got some PS4 news, what an economist is saying about the Xbox One price point and a reason why Titanfall is not a single player game. Let's start with the PS4 story. PS4 to get 20 exclusives, 12 new IPs  http://www.ign.com/articles/2013/06/24/20-games-12-new-franchises-coming-to-playstation-4-in-year-one Sony's first-party studios have 30 games in development for the Playstation 4, 20 of which are due to release within a year of the PS4's launch and 12 of those new titles are new franchises. At least that is what Sony Computer Entertainment Europe CEO Jim Ryan, who told Gamereactor at E3 that more titles would be unveiled at Gamescom. Jim Ryan explained "At the event in New York on February 20 th of this year, we showed a lot of software, we showed a lot of first-party software. What we did at E3 here was really show some updates to those games, and, as you mentioned, introduce The Order: 1886. There's a lot comi

The Top 12 Most Iconic Weapons In Gaming, Part.2

Hello again everyone. Welcome back to The Top 12 Most Iconic Weapons In Gaming. Weapons that stand out above the rest and are the most memorable weapons in the video game industry. This list covers numbers 6 through 1. All the weapons listed are weapons the "Gaming" community on Google + suggested. Number 6 The Buster Sword from Final Fantasy VII You are introduced to a man named Cloud Strife, he has abnormally spiky hair but his weapon of choice is a massive sword known as the Buster Sword. This weapon is massive, it looks heavy but Cloud uses it like it's as light as feather. The Buster Sword will always be remembered as Cloud's sword that is used to take on anyone he faces, even the Heartless when he's in Kingdom Hearts 2. No other blade in Final Fantasy VII will ever be as iconic as the Buster Sword. Number 5 Scorpion's Rope Dagger In the fighting game Mortal Kombat there is a ninja by the name of Scorpion, he's not a no

Team Bondi Developers Return With New Title

Evening everyone. This piece of news I wanted to cover personally once I heard that Team Bondi developers were making a new game. I found this article on IGN  Here's what it states... "The Australian government has granted $200,000 to KMM, the production house that recently acquired the rights to 'Whore of the Orient'. The company received this funding following the alleged dissolution of L.A. Noire developer Team Bondi, Game Informer reports. Ex-Team Bondi members, who formed Intuitive Game Studios, also received funding. 'Whore of the Orient' was originally aiming for release between 2013 and 2015." I personally am very excited to learn about this, I absolutely loved L.A. Noire and in fact I'm playing through the game again this summer. I was very upset to learn that Team Bondi shut down after L.A. Noire was released, so this is very good news(well at least for me I don't know how everyone else feels) The article also states...

Playstation 4 Console Release Date Might Have Been Revealed

We might have a release date of the PS4. Well at least for people in Europe. A photo has been going around the internet from Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands. This photo was posted by NeoGAF user Cyborg, he took this photo when he was in an electronica shop in Amsterdam. Now some would say that this is simply a promotional tool, that's not actually the case. Media Markt is Europe's equivalent to  Best Buy from here in the U.S. They don't do things like this without direct word from Sony. So this could be a legitimate release date for Sony fans down in Europe. Sony has been asked for confirmation from multiple gaming  network sites but nothing has come from Sony so far. Will this be the release date for western gamers as well? Not sure but here's hoping. I'll keep you guys up to date as much as possible.

Titanfall: First Impressions

Good afternoon folks. Today I watched a Behind The Scenes video on the upcoming title from Respawn Entertainment. Titanfall. A mecha first-person shooter game that is actually a timed exclusive for the Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC. Respawn's lead artist Joel Emslie said that it "wasn't out of the question". Titanfall is being developed by former Infinity Ward employees, Respawn Entertainment was founded after Infinity Ward co-founders Jason and Vince Zampella were fired for supposedly "breaches of contract and insubordination". After a series of lawsuits and a staff exodus, West and Zampella founded Respawn Entertainment(Activision settled, paid West and Zampella 42 million) Here's the video V It looks amazing, aesthetically and gameplay wise. When I saw this at the E3 presentation I was blown away. How smooth, exciting and action packed this game is, I have never seen a game like it before. What I especially liked was how easy the

Xbox One DRM Free, Loses Some Features

Yesterday Microsoft had announced some major changes to the Xbox One DRM and Always Online Policy. The Xbox One will no longer require to play offline Xbox One games, meaning that once you put the disc into the console you will not have to check in every 24 hours to play a game. There will no longer be any limitations to using and sharing games, it'll work out the same way it does today. There will also be no more regional restrictions on the Xbox One. Xbox Live Vice President Marc Whitten states that... " You could buy a console in any country and use it in any country, you can use any disc in that console." However,  in an interview with Kotaku the V.P.  is stating that now due to this change a few features will be lost in the process. Marc Whitten states... "There's a few things we won't be able to deliver as a result of this change, one of the things we were very excited about was 'wherever we go my games are always with me.&#
